Coach Reservation Form
This reservation form is valid for this week's game only. You must visit this web site and submit a new form for each game you wish to attend.
The reservation form for each week's game will be available on the six days prior to the game. The deadline for submission is 11:59pm Thursday for Saturday games, 11:59pm Tuesday for a Thursday game.

This year each school in the VHSCA will be allotted two (2) admissions (for two football coaches) and each of you will be permitted to bring one guest. This means that you are not to exceed four (4) admissions for each school. You will be reserving your admissions online on a game-by-game basis.
Once registered, your entry will be saved in the system for that week’s game. You will receive a confirmation on the screen that your request has been submitted. If the allocation of High School Coaches tickets have been exhausted, or your high school has reached its 2-admission limit, you will not be allowed to enter any names for that event and you will get a message that your request could not be accepted.
We will reserve a total of 200 admissions for seats plus 100 standing room only admissions for the use of high school football coaches and their guests. After the 300 admission limit is reached, the website will take no more requests for that game. Once the 200 reserved seats have been used, a Standing Room Only Admission will be issued.
Continuing in 2023, all tickets will be mobile only. Twenty-four hours before each home game, Virginia Tech Athletics will check all submissions against the current Virginia High School Coaches Association and Commonwealth Football Coaches Associations membership list to verify eligibility. Once verified, Virginia Tech Athletics will transmit each accepted coach their two admissions for that weekend’s game, by text message. Simply click on that text message and either log into your existing HokieTickets online account, or create a new one to accept the transfer. Once accepted, you must download your tickets to your wallet. Since the tickets are required to be used by the named guest on the account, you may not transfer or give that ticket to anyone else. Please note that you must park in the General Admissions open parking areas as designated for the general public. There are no parking spaces allotted for high school coaches.

Virginia Tech will only accept active 2023-24 Virginia High School Coaches Association (VHSCA) coach memberships OR Commonwealth Football Coaches Association (CFCA) memberships. Allied VHSCA memberships, VIAAA memberships, and Principal passes are not valid for admission.
