FOOTBALL HOME GAME TICKET POLICY FOR VHSL, VHSCA and CFCA
FOOTBALL COACHES ASSOCIATIONS
Dear Virginia High School Football Coaches,
High school football coaches must be registered with the VHSCA, CFCA or VHSL to request tickets.
To register for VHSCA membership:
Registration for VHSCA membership is available online at www.vhscainc.com or you can call directly at (757)723-3330.
To register for CFCA membership:
Registration for CFCA membership is available online at cfcavafb.org or you can call directly at (757)2727330 or (703)509-2766.
Protocol for Ticket Requests
- Once a member of VHSCA or CFCA, click on this link (https://tickets.armssoftware.com/krbGqPEB?t=M1a8NzxN) to register with Virginia Tech for tickets. You will then need to request tickets each week of the home game. Reminder – You need to be a member of one of the organizations to receive the comp tickets and per NCAA rules, only 2 tickets per coach!
- Beginning on Sunday at 8 am of each home game week, active VHSCA or CFCA football coaches will be able to request tickets for the Coach Plus One. Make sure you put the name of your guest when you request the tickets, or you will only be sent 1 ticket. You will need to have a mobile phone number or email when requesting tickets. Complete all sections on the request. Deadline will be Thursday at noon prior to the game unless all tickets have been requested before then. Make sure to sign up early!!!
- A link to your digital ticket(s) will be sent electronically via text to your mobile device by noon on Friday (or the day prior to the game.) You must click the link and download the digital ticket(s) to your phone's Wallet app. You will then present your tickets from your phone's Wallet app at the stadium gate for scanning/entry. Please note, tickets are non-transferrable.
- Coaches and your guest can enter any gate at the stadium. You will need to arrive at the gate and enter the stadium together and present your tickets from your mobile device. No exceptions!!!
